Deliveries will be dispatched on the next working day,after receipt of order unless advised.

A proof of posting will be obtained for all deliveries dispatched by www.nicepresents.co.uk

Deliveries will be sent by the Royal Mail Postal Service, Recorded delivery will be used for some, but not all items, this decision will be left to the discretion of www.nicepresents.co.uk.

Should you require your item to be sent by Royal Mail "Special Delivery", then please select this item from the list of products and add this item to your shopping cart.

We must be informed of damaged or broken items, in writing. on receipt of your delivery.  Usually you will be asked to return the item for replacement.
